Vaccine Supplies & Appointments are Limited

Vaccine appointment availability is dependent on supply. If you think you are currently eligible to receive your vaccine, continue to “Register Now” below. If you are unsure whether you qualify, you can quickly check your eligibility by clicking “Do I Qualify?” below.

Registration is currently only open to New Hampshire residents, and will expand to all individuals 16+ years old on April 19, 2021.

When registering, please be prepared to answer questions about allergies and medications. Information about health insurance is requested, but this information is not required. You will not be charged if you are vaccinated at a state-run site. If you are already registered, you can Log In below.

The Keene vaccination site is closed on Friday, April 16, 2021 due to the snow storm. All appointments will be honored on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the same time as the original appointment. To reschedule to an alternative time, log into your VINI account or call 2-1-1 or (603) 271-5980 with questions.

 

Due to FDA emergency use authorization requirements, recipients who are 16 and 17 years old may only receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is available at the following locations:

  1. All state-managed fixed sites and Walgreens locations
  2. Androscoggin Valley Hospital (Berlin)
  3. Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (Colebrook)
  4. Weeks Medical Center (Lancaster/Whitefield) 
  5. Littleton Regional Healthcare (Littleton)
  6. Huggins Hospital (Wolfeboro)
  7. Memorial Hospital (North Conway)
  8. Lakes Region General Hospital (Laconia)

Please note, a parent or guardian must be present at the time of vaccination.

You will need to register and create an account in New Hampshire’s Vaccine & Immunization Network Interface (VINI) before you can schedule your appointment(s). Once registered you will receive an email to activate your account and schedule your appointment(s). You can also call 2-1-1 for help with registering and scheduling.
