By calling 2-1-1 and choosing prompt 1, you will be directed to our COVID-19 support line. This resource offers additional support when registering for the vaccine.
What can 2-1-1 help with?
Help with registering and scheduling a COVID-19 vaccine appointment for those who do not have an email address, access to a computer or phone number.
Provide information to registered people who have forgotten details about their appointment.
Help people who have registered online but have not received a confirmation email.
Help with updating or correcting information on their registration form.

Availability: 8am - 8pm EST, 7 days a week
